Gua Sha facial massage
First, moisturize your face with rose hydrosol, then with an organic facial oil or an oil treatment. Grab your Gua Sha tool and follow Goia's tutorial.
A break for the eye area
Moisten two cotton pads with cool water and spritz them with organic rose water. Place them on your closed eyes and leave for 5-10 minutes. The rose hydrosol soothes the sensitive eye area, reduces puffiness, and leaves your skin feeling relaxed and refreshed.
Mirror of the soul
The skin is the mirror of the soul. Diffuse relaxing scents, your choice of conifer oils, or an anti-stress or forest magic aroma blend into the air using an aroma lamp or diffuser.
Layering: the correct order
After thorough cleansing comes the layering: First, a plant water or toner for freshness and moisture, then a serum for targeted active ingredients. Finally, a nourishing oil, oil serum, or cream that envelops the skin and protects the valuable ingredients.
Cultivation projects
Aromatic plants are more than just the heart of our favorite raw materials – for us, they are also bridges between cultures, countries, and people. Behind every drop of essential oil are people whose passion and tireless work make these treasures possible.
