Returns, returns, complaints
Please note: We can only process returns for products purchased directly from farfalla. If you purchased the product through another retailer, please contact the retailer for further instructions.
Any return (whether due to a misdelivery, a complaint, or a cancellation on your part) must be registered in advance. This is the only way we can guarantee the fastest possible processing of your return.

We need the following information: affected quantity, exact product name and your invoice or customer number.
After receiving your message, we will send you a reference number for your return within approximately two working days, which you should enclose with your shipment.
Returns must be made to:

After receiving your return, we will contact you within approximately 1 week regarding further action (e.g. credit note, replacement).
Right of withdrawal
Goods that you have received as a result of your order can be returned to farfalla within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason, provided the goods are unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition. Returning the goods will be considered a cancellation of the order. Returning the goods is at your own expense, liability, and risk, unless farfalla delivered the wrong item. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are custom-made to customer specifications, are perishable, or whose expiration date has passed.
Any returns will be credited to your customer account. The credit will be applied to subsequent orders with farfalla. If there are no outstanding invoices, you can also request a refund.
