For online redemption:
- Log in as a Wellbeing Circle member & shop in the online store
- If it’s a free product, add it to your cart
- Select the promo code at checkout
- Complete your order & enjoy your reward

The farfalla Wellbeing Circle is meant to be a place where you can feel good. Our goal is to accompany and inspire you on your wellbeing journey.
As a Wellbeing Circle member, you’ll receive our newsletter, which features exciting tips and bite-sized insights on wellbeing topics and the farfalla product line.
You’ll also automatically become part of our exclusive loyalty program, where you can earn great wellness rewards.
With every purchase and by completing certain activities, you’ll earn butterfly points that you can redeem for these rewards. The more butterflies you collect, the more benefits and rewards await you.

Joining our farfalla Wellbeing Circle is easy:
- Fill out the registration form with your first name and email address. You can also optionally provide your date of birth so we can send you a little surprise on your special day.

- As a Wellbeing Circle member, enjoy these benefits
Note: Aromacard customers, farfalla employees, retailers, and academy course participants are excluded from the loyalty program. -
Every time you shop at our farfalla stores or online, you'll earn butterflies. You can also earn butterflies by following us on Instagram or Facebook, leaving a review, and recommending farfalla to others.

You can redeem your butterflies directly at a farfalla store or online at checkout by selecting your available discount code.
- You need at least 250 butterflies.
- You can redeem a maximum of 900 butterflies at a time.
- Butterflies can only be redeemed at farfalla stores or on www.farfalla.ch.
- When redeeming rewards at a farfalla store, please do NOT generate the reward in your online customer profile in the web store; instead, ask at the checkout for the rewards available to you. Rewards generated online CANNOT be redeemed in stores.
- The rewards cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.
Note for online redemption:
For free products, you must first add them to your shopping cart.
Then, at checkout, you can select your 100% discount code.

Log in to your account on the website and go to your account overview. There, under the “Wellbeing Loyalty Program” tab, you'll find all the information about your current butterfly point balance and your reward status.

As soon as you place an order, make a purchase at a farfalla store, or complete a promotion that earns you butterflies, they will be credited to your account immediately.

If you do not engage in any activity (365 days) within the program, all points will expire on the anniversary of your last activity.
Activities include earning points through your purchases and redeeming rewards.

If you earn butterflies for a purchase and later decide to return one or more items from that purchase, the corresponding butterflies will be deducted from your balance. For example: If you receive 300 butterfly points for a CHF 300 purchase and return items worth CHF 100, your butterfly point balance will be adjusted to 200 after the return is processed.
However, redeemed rewards CANNOT be recredited and will expire in the event of a cancellation or return.
