Refund policy

Please note: We can only process returns for products that were purchased directly from farfalla. If you purchased the product from another retailer, please contact that retailer directly for further instructions.

Returns, Complaints and Claims

Any return (whether due to an incorrect delivery, a complaint or a withdrawal on your part) must be registered in advance. This is the only way we can ensure the fastest possible processing of your return.

We require the following information: quantity concerned, exact product name, and your invoice or customer number.

After receiving your message, we will provide you with a return reference number within approximately two working days. Please enclose this reference number with your return shipment.

Returns must be sent to the following address:

After receipt of your return, we will contact you within approximately one week regarding the next steps (e.g. credit note or replacement).

Right of Withdrawal

Products that you have received as part of your order may be returned to farfalla within 14 days of receipt without stating reasons, provided that the products are unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition. The return of the goods is considered a withdrawal from the order. The return is at your own cost, risk and responsibility, unless the return is due to an incorrect delivery by farfalla. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications, are perishable or have exceeded their expiry date.

Any approved return will be credited to your customer account. The credit will be applied to future orders placed with farfalla. If there are no outstanding invoices, you may also request a payout of the credit amount.
