  Do you practice yoga in a studio, online, or are you perhaps a yoga teacher yourself and would like to incorporate essential oils into your yoga practice or classes? In this one-day course, you will learn how to combine essential oils and yoga and experience a yoga class with essential oils.
  
  What you can expect:
  - A brief introduction to the basics of aromatherapy
  - Application of essential oils in various areas (yoga room, mat, body)
  - A relaxing, regulating, or activating yoga lesson with suitable essential oils to enhance the yoga session.
  - Tips for using and integrating essential oils into your practice at home or in the classroom
  - Live yoga practice (meditation, breathing exercises and asanas) with essential oils
  You will receive the course information by email two weeks before the start.
