I like to massage my son with a sports massage oil I mixed myself before sports practice and matches. He's currently going through a growth phase, and he often experiences aches and severe muscle soreness in his legs, and the massage oil helps him a lot. For older teenagers, the mixture can be a bit stronger, with 6 drops of cajeput, 4 drops of lavandin, 2 drops of marjoram, and 2 drops of red mandarin.

Did you know: For children under 5 years old, replace cajeput with 1-2 drops of Roman chamomile. For adults over 16, lavandin essential oil can be used instead of fine lavender. Lavandin is a hybrid of various lavender varieties. Due to its higher camphor content, the essential oil is more stimulating than relaxing and is helpful for muscular problems. Its fragrance has a slightly bitter note.

Instructions
- Pour 50ml of St. John's wort oil into an empty glass bottle.
- Add essential oils.
- Close the bottle and mix gently by swirling.
