Overnight orange oats
A stress-free start to the day
Overnight oats make it easy – they're prepared the night before and can be eaten straight from the container the next morning. Especially convenient for families with school-aged children or anyone who prefers to sleep in rather than make breakfast. Oat flakes provide long-lasting energy thanks to their complex carbohydrates – perfect for concentration and learning ability.

| 30 g | Amaranth pops |
| 20 g | Flax or chia seeds |
| 250 ml | Plant milk |
| 100g | Soy yogurt |
| 1-2 tbsp |
Almond butter |
| 1 | Grated apple |
| 1 | Diced banana |
| 1 | Cup of orange segments |
| 2 drops |
Orange (or Cookies) aromatic oil by farfalla |
| 2 tbsp | Roasted almonds |
Instructions
- Mix rolled oats, popped amaranth, flax seeds or chia seeds well in a bowl with plant milk, yogurt and almond butter.
- Stir in 2 drops of Orange (or Cookies) essential oil.
- Cover and let it infuse overnight in the refrigerator.
- Fold in grated apple, diced banana and orange segments (tip: use a grapefruit spoon to scoop orange segments from the halved orange).
- Sprinkle with roasted almonds and serve.
