Herb lemon butter
This recipe is a wonderful addition to any kitchen. The lemon-infused oil gives the butter a fresh note that harmonizes perfectly with the fresh herbs. The butter is versatile and adds a special flavor to vegetables, meat, and sauces.

| 75 g | Butter or margarine |
| 1 tbsp | Fresh herbs, chopped |
| 1 pinch | Salt, or as needed |
| 2 drops | Lemon aroma oil |

Instructions
- Let the butter soften in a bowl at room temperature (do not melt it in the pan).
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix well using a whisk or food processor.
- Fill into a screw-top jar or other container and refrigerate or freeze in portions (e.g. in an ice cube tray).
