Pine forest bath

Ever heard of Shinrin-yoku? This Japanese stress-relief method translates as "taking a bath in the forest air." What we know as a walk in the woods, I herby transfer to the tub, and I can confirm: I feel de-stressed, invigorated, and miraculously protected.
