What is aromatherapy?
"Aromatherapy, as a sub-field of phytotherapy, is a complementary medical method used to promote well-being, alleviate symptoms, and holistically support healing processes—always tailored to the individual needs of the patient. Its effectiveness is proven by a growing number of scientific studies and pharmacological findings on the constituents of essential oils."
