You will receive working materials (scripts) and access to the learning platform. To prepare for the on-site day, you will complete initial tasks on the learning platform. Following the on-site day, you will work on in-depth questions and exercises independently and in a feedback session.

You will gain an overview of historical and modern aromatherapy, an insight into Farfalla Essentials AG, and the extraction and quality control of essential oils. You will delve deeper into the effects of oils and hydrolates, application methods, and dosage issues, and explore concrete application examples.

You will learn the principles of therapeutic touch and massage with essential oils, be able to focus on different parts of the body, such as a shoulder and neck massage, and understand where and how tension can be released. You will use mnemonic devices such as hand-flow diagrams on the body. You will understand your own massage techniques and how to align them anatomically, and feel confident developing your own massage oiling routines and incorporating them into your practice.
